We want you to love your Pink Boutique finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Pink Boutique tags are intact and the invoice is included.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the front of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
